  • "Products": Refers to the fragrances, Musk, Oud, and Bakhoor displayed for sale on the store.

  • We strive to provide the most accurate descriptions of our products (scents, ingredients, and packaging). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

  • All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Product colors and packaging may vary slightly from the images on your screen depending on your display settings.

4. Orders and Payment

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

  • Available payment methods are those presented at the checkout page. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or inaccurate address information provided by the user.

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items) and for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is received damaged or if the wrong item was sent.

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, and in its sealed original packaging.
